Every doula service package includes:

~Complimentary Consultation

~2 prenatal visits (prior to 38 weeks)

~Assistance in creating a birth plan

~Support by phone and text throughout the pregnancy

~On call from 38 weeks until the birth

~Continuous, in-person support throughout active labor and delivery

~Up to 3 hours of in-person support immediately following the birth
~2 postpartum visits during the first 6 weeks following the birth

Every family's circumstances and needs are unique.

We will work together to make sure you get exactly the support you are looking for.

This could mean adding more prenatal or postpartum visits, including childbirth education in the services, or much more.
