Postpartum support is individualized to meet the needs of each family. Postpartum support may include any or all of the following:
 

~Education and assistance with newborn care

~Assistance caring for older children

~Infant feeding support

~Emotional support

~Light housekeeping

~Meal preparation

~Running errands

~Education and support with newborn sleep

~Gentle sleep plans for older babies 
~Community referrals for any other needed services outside of the scope of a postpartum doula.
